Jeanne Chapman, Licensed Massage Therapist
Jeanne was a photographer before she became a massage therapist. She has always been artistic and enjoyed the art of massage, listening to the body and sculpting muscles to release tension and reduce pain. In 2004, she started experiencing anxiety and depression. She sought holistic health with acupuncture and massage. Her brother was in school for acupuncture and with his expert touch, she found instant calm and peace. Massage helped her tension and anxiety slip away. This is when she fell in love with the art of massage and wanted to help others the way that it had helped her.
In 2005, Jeanne received her massage therapy certification at Western Career College. She also received certification with the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. In 2012, she became interested in energy work and received her certification in CranioSacral therapy from Heartwood Institute of Integrative Medicine. Jeanne is continuing her education by studying Reiki and energy at Leading Light Therapies.
As a mother of a young child she understands the importance of a regular health routine to help with the stress of parenting and the physical demands of babies and toddlers. Jeanne is well educated and practiced in the art of deep tissue, Swedish, CranioSacral and prenatal massage to help her clients find peace, relaxation and tension relief.
